403(b) Retirement Plan
At CPC, we are committed to helping our employees plan for their future. Our 403(b) retirement plan offers a valuable way to save for retirement while benefiting from employer contributions.

Employer Matching Contribution
We match 100% of your contribution, up to 3% of your salary.

If you contribute 2%, we match 2%.

If you contribute 3% or more, we match 3% (our maximum match).
Vesting Schedule
You are always 100% vested in your contributions and any earnings from them.

For CPC's matching contributions, vesting is based on your years of continuous service:

1 year – 20% vested

2 years – 40% vested

3 years – 60% vested

4 years – 80% vested

5 years – 100% vested
Eligibility
Once you become eligible to contribute, you will remain eligible.
